Meet Grace

With over 11 years of experience in the Eastside real estate market, Grace Lee proudly serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland, as well as surrounding communities including Sammamish, Issaquah, Bothell, Woodinville, and Newcastle. As a broker with John L. Scott Real Estate, she brings extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and market trends to help clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Grace is known for her honest, thoughtful approach to real estate. Her focus goes beyond simply closing transactions—she is committed to helping clients make the right long-term decisions. By taking time to understand each client’s goals, explaining market conditions clearly, and pointing out both the strengths and potential concerns of a property, Grace ensures her clients feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Clients often praise her straightforward advice, responsiveness, and dedication to protecting their best interests from beginning to end.

Before entering real estate, Grace worked in business and customer service roles that helped her develop strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—strengths that continue to benefit her clients today. Being bilingual in English and Chinese also allows her to assist international and relocation clients, helping them navigate the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.

Grace is a Broker with John L. Scott, a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), and a Washington State Licensed Real Estate Broker. She works with a wide range of clients including first-time homebuyers, relocation buyers, move-up buyers, and investors across the Eastside communities.

Giving back to the community is also an important part of Grace’s life. She regularly volunteers with her John L. Scott team at the Ronald McDonald House Charities, where they prepare meals for families staying there while their children receive medical care. She is also beginning volunteer service at EvergreenHealth. Outside of work, Grace enjoys singing, painting, staying active through fitness, and spending time outdoors with her family in the Pacific Northwest.
